Link of the day: Myth of eating like a local

Courtesy of the ever fantastic blogger Andy Jarosz comes an interesting perspective on how to eat like a local. I know that when we’re abroad we hate to make a beeline to the restaurants that are lovably familiar, and yet they actually can lead to more cultural awareness. It’s a short link, but Jarosz raises some valid points.
